Do you serve businesses outside of Inver Grove Heights?
Yes. We cover South Saint Paul, Eagan, Mendota Heights, West Saint Paul, Rosemount, Sunfish Lake, Cottage Grove, and Newport — all within approximately 10 miles of Inver Grove Heights along the Hwy 52 and I-494 corridors. If your building is nearby but not on that list, call us and we will tell you directly.
How quickly can you start?
For most buildings, we can produce a written scope and quote within 48 hours of the intake call. Start date depends on crew availability and your building's access requirements. We do not promise a specific start date until the scope is agreed and signed.
What is included in the written scope of work?
The scope names each room or area in your building, each task to be performed in that area, and the scheduled frequency (nightly, weekly, monthly, etc.). It also notes any exclusions — areas that are not included in the program. The scope is yours to keep and is on file with our operations team.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, unless you have a preference for specific products or want to supply your own. Supplies are included in the program cost or quoted separately and clearly labeled. Paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap) are quoted separately — many clients prefer to manage their own supply chain for those items.
Are your crews employees or contractors?
Our crews are employed by us, not independent contractors. That matters for insurance and liability — a contractor working in your building is not covered under our general liability policy in the same way that an employee is.
What happens if something is missed?
If a task in the written scope is not completed, contact us during business hours and we address it at the next scheduled visit or sooner depending on urgency, at no additional charge. The written scope is the reference point — not a verbal agreement.
Do you offer one-time or deep cleaning services?
Our primary business is ongoing commercial cleaning contracts. We occasionally offer one-time services for existing clients or as part of an onboarding deep clean. Contact us to discuss — we will tell you whether it is something we can accommodate.
How are your crews vetted?
Crews are employed directly, not sourced through a staffing agency. Background checks are part of our hiring process. We do not publish the details of our HR procedures, but we are happy to discuss them on the intake call if it is relevant to your facility's security requirements.
